ABOUT ME
Not a straight line. Every stage paid for the next one.
Before Digidweb there was Ginomedia, a company I started with friends. We ran it for roughly two years, taking on real clients and figuring out the business end in public — pricing, scope, delivery, and the awkward conversation when a project runs long.
I started Digidweb in 2020 with that list in hand. The priority wasn't growth — it was a team that could deliver without me standing over it, and clients who stayed.
KB Chemicals has manufactured textile chemicals in Lahore since 1980. It's the family business, and I came into it with a straightforward brief: bring it online properly.
A small brand I run myself — product, photography, catalogue, storefront, and every ad behind it. It's the one place I'm the client, which is a useful thing to be reminded of regularly.
01
Margins, sales cycle, objections, and where the product is actually made. Marketing written without that is guesswork with a nicer font.
02
Every discipline owned by a specialist. It’s why several projects can run at once without any of them slipping.
03
Every engagement runs against defined KPIs. If a campaign isn’t performing, you hear it from me before you find it in the dashboard.
If you’re building something and want the marketing to hold up under scrutiny, that’s the work I do.
